Most UK orders are delivered within 14 working days. We will mail out to the billing address for your credit card. If your item is not in stock we will back order for you and advise that your item cannot be dispatched immediately. If you would rather not wait you may wish to select another product instead.
Post & Packing is free for all mainland UK orders over £100, and £4.00 on all orders under £100. Next day deliveries can be arranged for an extra fee.
Please note there are no deliveries at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Other areas/countries delivery charges are available upon request.
Returns
We are confident you will be delighted with your goods. If for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods in a resalable condition.
Please send in original packaging for exchange or refund within 7 working days. Please always enclose proof of purchase. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged item you will be offered a replacement to the same value. Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office or Courier when returning goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We value your custom and hope you will tell your friends about VICTOR Sport.
